Process Time - Please be aware that it takes 3 business days to process your order, after which you can start counting Shipping Time. Business days means that we do not process orders on holidays or weekends.
Process Time - Once your order has been processed, then the shipping time starts. This is when you receive an email from us with your tracking code.
If your package has been marked as delivered, please check with your neighbors or housemates as they may have accepted your package. If that is not the case, please contact the shipping company directly to ask about the status of your package. We can not cover or replace a package that has been marked as delivered. All our customers have safely received their packages.
If we receive a package in return due to a wrongful address, we will refund the order. If we need to reship it, then the customer pays the shipping cost.
